PAYPAL:  Please CONFIRM your choice & click "PAY NOW" below.  This will take you to the PayPal site to complete the Seminar payment portion.

 

You will have the option to pay via a credit card on the PayPal form page.  Look for the Pay Options button on the PayPal Invoice. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

In the event of seminar cancellation, registrants Registration Fee will be fully refunded. Dumbbell Obedience Club will not be held responsible for any additional fees or expenses incurred as a result of seminar cancellation.  No other fees or monies will be due or payable to attendees. 

 

Cancellation by Attendee - No refunds will be issued after July 5, 2020.  Any cancellations prior to July 5, 2020 will incur a $65 administration fee.
