Your Private Training Booking process is almost complete.
Just a couple of important things to read.
PRIVATE TUITION POLICY
Due to the high demand for our private training packages once
a package has been booked it must be completed within the determined
package time frame.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
No Refunds Are Given After The First Session
Cancellation of any single session with less than 48 hrs notice will be considered a used session and will be subtracted from the package purchased.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION & FIRST SESSION INFORMATION:
You will receive a confirmation of the request for a Private Lesson package via email within 4 days of receipt. We will then later follow up and contact you via email or telephone to determine a mutually agreed upon start date and any pre-session information or work that may be required.
TUITION PAYMENT: Tuition payment will be required prior to the first session - a link for payment will be forwarded once we have set a start date. All payments are done through PayPal. Don't worry you don't have to have a PayPal account - we utilize PayPal as it gives you the option of using the credit card of your choice.
ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT - We'll gladly e-transfers.
E-TRANSFERS must be received within 24 hrs. of registration for all packages.
